I went on & bought a few things about last month in March. I've recently really been liking the scent of rose ala Lovely Lace shop sort. So when i went to The Body Shop, i literally was sniffing every lotions and shower wash they have there trying to find those rose scent. I even asked the salesperson with me at that time to show me all their items which are rose scented. After so much smelling of all the good stuff, i finally picked up 2 items, one was the hand cream & another was the shower gel. They smell divine!
Wild Rose Hand Cream SPF 15
Moroccan Rose Shower Gel
I don't know about you my friend, but I've never, NEVER used a toner. You know that cleanse, tone, moisturise regime - yeah for all my life i would totally skip the toner, so it's just cleanse and moisturise. Maybe cos i never really found the right toner that suits my skin.
Until that day of course where i picked myself up the toner below. Why of a sudden change u asked ? Well, let's just say i'm a sucker for stupid reviews. if i see people say "it is a must-have!" then my itchy hand would want to go buy and try it out.
Sadly, it disappointed me. It didn't live up to my expectations. One mistake i did was i did not read the labels carefully before purchasing. This toner actually contains alcohol & it was too drying for my skin. Although it helped on my combination-oily skin but I eventually stop using it after 2 weeks. To which now it still has almost a full bottle on my vanity.
Tea Tree Skin Clearing Toner
Last but definitely not least, I bought myself a legit album after years of downloading songs off from the internet. Well, it's been really difficult to download songs nowadays. I might even be buying more albums from now on. Anyways, this album is worth every penny. Thumbs up! *MUST HAVE*
Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto album
That's all for now. If you like me blogging stuff like these, there's more where it came from. Well, if you don't then sucks to be you ain't it? Kidding. Love you long time! See ya soon. Till next xx
Hello my honey pots! This has been the long awaited Daiso haul that i've instagrammed few weeks back. Didn't get the time to write the blogpost until now. Although i gotta be honest it's under my draft for awhile already.
So let's get to it - i went to Daiso @ Queensbay couple of weeks ago. & i tell u, i almost went crazy in that store! As u all might have already knew, Daiso sell all their products at a flat price of RM5 (in Malaysia), i mean ALL of them. A lot of things i saw and i tell myself, "omg only rm5 ?! Take take TAKE!! "
I gotta warn you, this is a very scary store for an impulsive shopaholic. Things that you take on ur cart will eventually accumulate to hundreds even. Thankfully, i still remember the chant, "My will is strong. My wallet is close. I will not shop." - on certain items at least. Well this is just a really mini haul post. I only got 7 items, the rest are of MamaC's.
I've used the makeup sponge, I don't know is it cos i'm not used to using a sponge application but this one has a rubbery smell to it. Almost like a rubber glove. funky but application wise was alright. The dehumidifier was for my car, although it's written for shoe cupboard =|. Anyways, i got the pill box cos its so much bigger compared to the old one i was using. It could store more pills and capsules which is great for my daily supplements. I almost always forget to eat those, especially the ones that require to be taken several times a day. How i wish i could wallop all one shot in the morning & be done for the day. I might OD-ed though.
Half fake lashes & Eyelash glue
The next 2 items are those i don't really use much on a daily basis but rather wanna try it out. I got the half fake lashes for application on the end of your eyelash cause they're suppose to be more natural looking as compared to the full size fake lashes. i've bought this type before from SaSa and they seem pretty easy to apply and blended well with my real ones.
That is it of my haul for now. Daiso is definitely a nice place to shop with a really affordable price yet not compromising on their quality. would love to go there often but it's not exactly near from my place.
OH! on a totally irrelevant note, Chatime Galleria is opening in Straits Quay. awesome my possum! so so happy, most of my favourite places under one roof + only 5 minutes drive away.
